Hey there, I'm Orlando. I'm passionate about food and how it unites people around the world. I'm currently working as a Food Consultant and I organize private dining in Italy. My previous experience has been working as a Retail General Manager at Eataly, a place where Italian food is as traditional as it can get abroad. Previously, I studied Gastronomic Sciences at the University of Gastronomic Sciences, where my thesis focused on the role of grandmothers in Italy in preserving and passing down food culture. Before that, I worked with small food brands to create their digital awareness. I also started a food project, Like Anchovies, where I talk about food and travel.
I spend my time taking photos, listening to music, and exploring places. Other times, I'm working on becoming a better human.
